You can customize the abstract submission form to your requirements by adding any additional fields to capture.

Authors simply create an account and then submit their abstracts to pre-configured categories. Authors will be notified if their submissions are accepted or if any amendments are required.

 
 

Assign reviewers

Reviewers are invited on the system to review abstracts and make recommendations to the committee.

You may assign reviewers to categories or individual abstract submissions based on their background and experience.

Review abstracts

When reviewers log in they can access the list of abstracts assigned to them. Each abstract will indicate which action is required by the reviewer.

Reviewers can simply open an abstract, review it’s contents, and then submit their review. There is a configuration option to make it a blind review process so that reviewers are not able to see any of the authors.

 
 

Make decision

The event organiser and committee members make the final decision on whether to include an abstract in the conference programme. These decisions may be based on the recommendations from the reviewers.

Abstracts may also be sent back for amendments if required.
